Parts Manager (Lebanon)

Nucar Ford of Lebanon, 425 Miracle Mile, Lebanon, NH 03766, is looking for an experienced Parts Manager, with a proven track record to join our team! Applicants must be high energy, personable individuals with strong customer relations skills! This is an excellent opportunity for those with previous automotive experience to further their careers with one of the area's fastest growing Dealer Groups! Must have experience working in high volume stores! Excellent communication, interpersonal and managerial skills. Must possess detail-oriented and analytical skills. Sales experience is helpful. Minimum 5 years automotive parts-related experience and 1-3 years Dealership Supervisory/Management Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all service department staff.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the parts department
• Monitors and controls the performance of the department
• Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
