Description
Responsibilities

Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, upgrade, enhancement, and support initiatives.
-
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective SAP solutions.
-
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, vendors, and internal/external delivery teams.
-
Oversee solution design, configuration/development, integration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Drive process improvement, standardisation, user adoption, and change management.
-
Ensure quality, security, compliance, and effective system integration with other enterprise applications.
Requirements
-
8+ years of SAP experience, including SAP S/4HANA project delivery experience.

Strong expertise in at least one SAP module, such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, or SAP BTP.

Proven experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects and external vendors/system integrators.

Good understanding of SAP integration, data migration, testing, and SAP Activate methodology.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
-
Fluent English required; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
