Schedule:
- Monday: 11AM-6PM
- Tuesday: 11AM-6PM
- Thursday: 11AM-6PM
- Friday: 11AM-6PM
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer service
- Obtain vitals, update medical histories, and assist with patient intake
- Prepare patients for visits and support providers during appointments as needed
- Perform basic clinical duties including specimen collection, and point-of-care testing as applicable
- Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration
- Answer phones, process messages, and support office communication
- Verify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient information
- Support referrals, forms, scanning, and general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
- 1-3 years of Medical Assistant and/or Medical Receptionist experience preferred
- Experience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferred
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Pediatric or multi-site medical office experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
The Physical Side of the Job:
- You’ll be on your feet a lot, moving around and occasionally lifting infants or toddlers.
- As with any medical role, you may be exposed to different elements like blood or chemicals.
Compensation: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
The compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting. The specific compensation offered will be determined based on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
