Planner

Due to continued growth across our Southern Region Construction business, we are seeking an experienced Planner / Scheduler to join our Fulton Hogan Construction team in a permanent role based in Melbourne.

You will play a key role in supporting project delivery teams through effective planning, scheduling, reporting and project controls.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Develop, maintain and monitor project programs and schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Implement planning, monitoring and project controls processes across time, cost, resources and quality
• Measure and report project performance using KPIs, Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis
• Support Project Managers with program interpretation, performance analysis and corrective action planning
• Develop project dashboards and reporting tools to track progress and key deliverables
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly project progress reports
• Compile benchmarking and historical planning data to support future project delivery
• Promote and contribute to a strong planning and project controls culture across the business
• Champion Fulton Hogan's Living Safely culture in all aspects of project delivery

About You

• Relevant Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management qualification, or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated experience in a Planning/Scheduling role within civil construction, infrastructure, transport, utilities or renewable energy projects
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• High level understanding of Earned Value Management and Critical Path Analysis
• Experience in delay impact analysis and project performance reporting
• Ability to develop dashboards and communicate complex project information clearly to stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to safety and continuous improvement
