Position Summary

An exciting opportunity is available for a dynamic and ambitious Product Specialist to join the team of one of Jamaica’s leading automotive companies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about automobiles, enjoys engaging with people and wants to build a career in automotive sales. The successful candidate will become a knowledgeable ambassador for a globally recognized automotive brand, supporting the sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong knowledge of the brand, vehicle models, features, technology and current promotions

• Engage prospective customers and provide knowledgeable, pressure free product presentations

• Support the sales team in achieving new and pre owned vehicle sales targets

• Respond quickly and professionally to online and showroom enquiries

• Generate prospective customers through telephone, email, social media and face to face engagement

• Assist with vehicle demonstrations, test drives and customer handovers

• Maintain accurate customer and prospect information within the CRM system

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers throughout the ownership journey

• Identify opportunities among service customers for test drives, upgrades and trade ins

• Maintain showroom displays, demonstration vehicles and customer areas to a high professional standard

• Monitor competitor activity and maintain awareness of developments within the automotive market

• Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions and initiatives designed to increase sales and brand awareness

• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
