Clinical Director (RN)

Brenwood Park Assisted Living & Riverview Village Senior Living are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and results-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) program.

This leadership development opportunity is designed for nurses who are passionate about resident care and ready to grow into a Clinical Director role within assisted living.

Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and structured training, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully lead clinical operations, regulatory compliance, team development, and resident care services in a senior living community.

Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 annually + incentive opportunity

About the Opportunity

The Clinical Director in Training (CDIT) will work closely with community leadership to develop expertise in all aspects of assisted living operations, with a strong emphasis on clinical excellence, resident-centered care, regulatory compliance, and team leadership.

This role provides a pathway to a Clinical Director position while offering valuable experience in leadership, business operations, and healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall clinical operations of the community.
• Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and clinical standards.
• Participate in staff coaching, training, and performance management.
• Promote a culture of quality care, accountability, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Develop the leadership and operational skills necessary to transition into a Clinical Director role.

Required Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any additional state-required certifications or licenses.
• Minimum one year of experience in assisted living, long-term care, senior living, or a related healthcare setting.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of nursing best practices and regulatory requirements.
