The Enterprise Business Services team supports business goals through data analysis, regulatory compliance, and benefits administration. Members ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. The team emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and adaptability to change. By managing customer interactions and supporting compliance efforts, the team contributes to efficient operations and a positive experience for all stakeholders.
What you'll do:

• Conduct analyses of business initiatives to identify trends and provide data-driven recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies by interpreting reports and implementing monitoring processes.
• Handle escalated customer service issues, providing technical support and benefits education while resolving complex inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to address service challenges and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee equipment, software, and network requests, including user account management and vendor collaboration for system maintenance.
• Administer security access protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and support continuous improvement efforts.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
