Program Manager (IT)

The Opportunity

Join Adobe as a Business Change Manager (IT) in Seattle, WA, where you'll bridge technology delivery and business adoption. This role is crucial to ensuring our world-class solutions are seamlessly coordinated into daily operations, driving outstanding business value and flawless execution.

What you'll Do

• Develop change strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct customer analyses and deliver change impact assessments.
• Build relationships with executive sponsors and business leaders.
• Build coordinated communications strategies to foster awareness and adoption of tools, process and policy.
• Partner with Line of Business leaders, Field Readiness & Enablement teams and Product Managers to define adoption and enablement strategies.
• Measure readiness and adoption, reinforcing new behaviors and new ways of working to ensure changes "stick."
• Drive AI adoption efforts to support business outcomes.

What you need to succeed

• Equivalent experience of 10 years in guiding business transformations is considered a qualification.
• Proven track record in applying structured approaches passionate about guiding and supporting organizational transitions like Prosci ADKAR.
• Ability to mentor leaders and facilitate leader engagement.
• Outstanding communication skills and critical thinking.
• Experience in developing role-based learning experiences.
• Preferred qualifications: AI tools familiarity and expertise with sales and marketing systems of record implementation and end to end understanding of IT process transformation.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $127,400 - $260,350 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $179,800 - $260,350

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
