OTIS recherche son Responsable Produits Téléalarme / Télésurveillance afin d'être le référent OTIS en matière de systèmes de télésurveillance en liaison avec la fédération des ascenseurs et la concurrence.

Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez :

• Tester, valider et documenter les nouveaux systèmes de télésurveillance / Téléalarme mis sur le marché par OTIS ou ses concurrents.
• Être l’expert OTIS en matière de Télésurveillance
• Mettre à jour ses connaissances en matière de télésurveillance (IP, Telecom...)
• Etre l’interlocuteur de nos concurrents en cas d’escalade technique
• Etre le support des Opérations OTIS en cas d’escalade technique (Animation, recherche de solution...)
• Représenter OTIS au sein de la fédération des Ascenseurs
• Etre l’expert technique dédié au service juridique si besoin d’une expertise sur des systèmes de Téléalarme / Télésurveillance
• Etre en soutien du Pôle Technique

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Être diplômé d'un BAC + 5 – Diplôme d’ingénieur ou expérience équivalente
• Avoir des connaissances dans le domaine des ascenseurs et des systèmes de téléalarme et télésurveillance
• Être à l'aise avec les outils Microsoft 360, Power BI et Power Automate
• Etre en capacité de gérer des projets transverses et de travailler en équipe
