Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Basic | £80,000 – £100,000 OTE

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and high-energy Branch Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-performing office in the heart of St John’s Wood. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional who thrives in a competitive London market and is ready to take full ownership of a busy branch.
You’ll be responsible for driving revenue, leading from the front, and developing a successful team while delivering exceptional service to clients across one of London’s most desirable locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive branch profitability and exceed revenue targets
- Generate new business opportunities and win instructions
- Conduct market appraisals and secure new listings
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and investors
- Ensure exceptional customer service at every stage of the journey
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
- Implement effective marketing and pricing strategies
- Manage pipeline, viewings, negotiations, and sales progression
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards
About You
- Proven experience within Estate Agency (Senior Negotiator / Valuer / Manager level)
- Strong knowledge of the London property market (essential)
- A natural leader with the ability to inspire and drive a team
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Well-presented, professional, and confident
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Full UK driving licence preferred
