Haleon ANZ is looking for talented Vendor Replenishment Planner/s to join our sales team. We would consider both permanent and 12 month fixed-term contract, offering flexibility for candidates seeking either long-term career growth or a contract role. within a leading FMCG organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to partner with some of Australia's largest retail customers across multiple channels, while building valuable experience in forecasting, replenishment, customer collaboration, analytics, and supply chain operations.

About the Role

As a Vendor Replenishment Planner, you'll act as the pivotal link between Haleon and our retail partners, ensuring replenishment activities are executed efficiently, inventory levels are optimised, and collaborative business plans are successfully delivered.

Working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand Planning, and Customer teams, you'll provide insights, forecasting expertise, and operational support that drive mutual success for both Haleon and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer replenishment and inventory performance to achieve service and stock targets.
• Lead collaborative forecasting discussions with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse sales, forecast and inventory data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Support promotional planning and evaluate pre- and post-promotion performance.
• Monitor stock availability, inbound flow, and distribution centre inventory levels.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, scorecards and actionable business insights.
• Partner with customer replenishment teams, Business Managers and Supply Chain stakeholders to improve operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, availability and supply chain efficiency.

What You'll Bring

• Strong analytical skills with strong Excel capabilities.
• Experience working with forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, or supply chain planning.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering results.
• Experience within FMCG, retail, supply chain, sales, demand planning or account support environments will be highly regarded.
