A Brief Overview

Leads in the design, development and maintenance of large-scale software solutions for customers in the building industry. Applies advanced technical knowledge and communication skills to solve complex problems and mentor other team members. Architect and lead the design and implementation of large software systems.

Responsibilities

• Tự thiết kế kiến trúc và dẫn dắt việc thiết kế, triển khai các hệ thống phần mềm có quy mô lớn.
• Vận dụng kiến thức chuyên môn và kỹ thuật nâng cao để đưa ra các giải pháp sáng tạo cho những vấn đề phức tạp.
• Hợp tác với các nhóm đa chức năng và các đối tác để đảm bảo các giải pháp hiệu quả, nhất quán và đáp ứng nhu cầu kinh doanh.
• Thực hiện đào tạo, hướng dẫn kỹ thuật và giám sát các thành viên khác trong nhóm.
• Làm việc chặt chẽ với các quản lý và kiến trúc sư phần mềm để đảm bảo sự tuân thủ và sự phát triển liên tục của các giải pháp kiến trúc tốt nhất.
• Hỗ trợ khách hàng giải quyết các vấn đề thiết kế và vận hành phần mềm.

• Independently architect and lead the design and implementation of large software systems
• Apply advanced functional and technical knowledge to deliver innovative solutions for complex problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that solutions are efficient, consistent and fulfill business needs
• Provide training, technical guidance and supervision to other team members
• Work closely with the software leaders and architects to ensure adherence to – and continued development of - architecture best practices
• Work with our customers to help solve their software design and operation issues
• Act as liaison with manufacturers and vendors of software and application products, especially with regard to problem diagnosis and resolution
• Evaluate and recommend technologies
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bằng cử nhân với chuyên ngành liên quan

• Trình độ tiếng Anh (CEFR) C1 hoặc tương đương.
• Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm vững chắc về phát triển phần mềm, sử dụng các công nghệ phù hợp với dự án được giao và nhất quán với nhóm, điển hình bao gồm sử dụng các mẫu thiết kế, thiết kế hướng đối tượng, C#, .NET Framework, cơ sở dữ liệu SQL, C, C++ cũng như các công cụ và ngôn ngữ phát triển khác theo yêu cầu.
• Có kinh nghiệm chuyên sâu về Microsoft Visual Studio hoặc các môi trường phát triển tích hợp (IDE) tương đương.
• Có sự kết hợp tương đương giữa kinh nghiệm và trình độ học vấn cho thấy rõ khả năng đảm nhiệm các vị trí thiết yếu, có thể được thay thế theo nguyên tắc năm đổi năm.

• Bachelors Related Field required
• 7+ Years of experience in software design and development using relevant technologies required
• English level (CEFR) C1 or equivalent.
• Have solid knowledge and experience in software development utilizing technologies for the project assigned and consistent with the team typically including using design patterns, Object Oriented Design, C#, .NET Framework, SQL Database, C, C++, and other development tools and languages as required.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Visual Studio or other equivalent IDE.

• Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
