Description
The Project Manager will oversee the large-scale electrical construction projects in the data center and mission-critical sector. This role will manage projects from planning through completion, with responsibility for client relationships, financial performance, scheduling, coordination, and overall project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of electrical construction projects from preconstruction through completion.

Partner with senior project leadership to establish project goals, schedules, procedures, and performance standards.

Oversee project budgets, financial performance, forecasting, and contract requirements.

Represent the company in client meetings and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with field teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.

Ensure work complies with NEC requirements, OSHA standards, safety policies, and project specifications.

Perform takeoffs, pricing, and management of change orders and additional project work.

Identify project risks and develop solutions to maintain schedule, budget, and quality.

Support business development and strengthen relationships with key clients and industry partners.

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Qualifications:
-
5+ years of electrical construction project management experience.
-
Experience managing electrical projects valued at $10M+.

Proven experience with mission-critical, data center, ground-up, or complex commercial projects.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Journeyman or Master Electrical License strongly preferred.

Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, BIM 360, MS Project, P6, or similar construction software.

Strong understanding of electrical construction, vendors, contracts, scheduling, and project financials.

Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and client management skills.

Willingness to travel as project requirements dictate.

Ability to successfully complete required background and motor vehicle checks.
