Mercer Careers is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:
Global Mobility Consultant / Senior Analyst
We will count on you to:
Lead client accounts and proactively manage end-to-end client portfolio management.
Drive Mercer’s mobility business and contribute to the development of Mercer Career products and services.
Provide strategic advice to clients on global mobility policy, assignment costings, compensation data as well as expatriate management matters.
Lead and deliver complex mobility consulting projects including large-scale program design and policy reviews which can cover cost modeling, talent management, process and program design, communications, HR strategy, etc.
Connect clients to Mercer’s full range of Mobility offerings, such as participation in relevant surveys and initiatives, serving as references for RFPs and consulting projects, etc.
Implement solutions, specifically around deploying Mercer’s tools, data and systems.
Renew, prospect, and expand clientele.
Participate in projects led by regional mobility leader.
Roll out new regional initiatives to Singapore.
Work closely with regional mobility team to enhance portfolio/business in Singapore.
Coach, mentor, and train analyst(s) in the mobility team.
Supervise client servicing/renewals by dedicated analyst(s).
Cross-sell mobility products/projects by collaborating with the Singapore Careers team.
Serve as technical reviewer for client deliverables related to mobility.
Actively participate in mobility forums and events.
Develop new solution areas in collaboration with other reward/talent verticals.
Manage major RFPs, vendor reviews and escalations.
What you need to have:
Prior experience in global mobility in a consulting or in-house role.
Strong technical knowledge on expatriate management across areas such as tax, immigration/relocation, assignment costings/packages and other mobility related matters.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good stakeholder and project management skills.
Excellent client engagement skills for presenting proposals, point of views, project outcomes, etc.
Ability to manage projects independently.
Target driven, agile and highly motivated.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
