Job Purpose
This role will lead maintenance engineering initiatives focused on reducing breakdowns, improving equipment performance, strengthening maintenance foundations, and developing future-ready engineering capabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Safety, and Digital teams to maximize plant reliability and operational performance.
Main Responsibilities
Reliability & Maintenance Excellence
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
- Lead equipment reliability improvement programs to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and breakdown elimination initiatives.
- Improve maintenance KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, PM Compliance, and Equipment Availability.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and eliminate chronic equipment losses impacting OEE.
- Lead maintenance improvement projects delivering productivity and cost savings.
- Support TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence programs.
- Utilize maintenance data and analytics to drive fact-based decision making.
Asset & Lifecycle Management
- Manage maintenance plans and critical asset strategies.
- Optimize spare parts management and inventory.
- Support equipment lifecycle management and replacement planning.
- Ensure maintenance documentation, standards, and records are maintained effectively.
Project & Technical Leadership
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to maintenance engineers and technicians.
- Identify and implement technical solutions to eliminate losses, reduce waste, and improve OEE.
- Drive productivity improvement, cost-saving, and asset optimization initiatives.
- Support CAPEX projects, commissioning, equipment upgrades, and start-up activities.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, equipment qualification, and project handovers.
- Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure technical excellence.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with Safety, Quality, and Engineering standards.
- Lead technical investigations and corrective actions following equipment incidents.
- Support statutory inspections and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture within the engineering team.
Digital Maintenance
- Drive adoption of digital maintenance tools, condition monitoring, and predictive analytics.
- Utilize CMMS, SAP PM, Power BI, IIOT, and factory data systems to enhance maintenance performance.
- Support factory digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance, Reliability, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in FMCG, Food, Consumer Goods, Pharmaceutical, or Process Manufacturing is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance planning, reliability engineering, and equipment troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and global stakeholders.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, utilities, and automation systems.
- Experience with TPM, RCM, PM, PdM, and reliability methodologies.
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and problem-solving tools.
- Familiarity with CMMS/SAP PM and maintenance KPIs.
- Experience with Power BI, maintenance analytics, or digital maintenance tools is an advantage.

- Results-oriented with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
