Role summary:The (USA) People Manager - NSO leads talent management initiatives by developing succession plans, overseeing recruitment strategies, and driving workforce management to meet business objectives. The People Manager team partners strategically to attract, develop, and retain talent aligned with business goals. This team leads recruiting, workforce planning, and succession initiatives while collaborating with leaders to implement effective people strategies. They oversee scheduling and staffing, ensuring consistent application of programs and policies. By leveraging data and workforce insights, the team identifies opportunities to enhance processes and the associate experience. Focused on operational excellence, they drive talent management and workforce planning practices that support organizational success and foster a motivated, high-performing workforce.
What you'll do:
- Manage talent pipelines by assessing skills, developing succession plans, and implementing talent programs to meet business needs.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in talent management and scheduling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute People strategies, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
- Lead recruitment efforts by planning and delivering strategies to attract and retain qualified associates.
- Oversee talent review activities, including performance calibration and development initiatives.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to support associate growth and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting integrity and accountability across teams.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience managing talent pipelines, succession planning, and implementing talent development programs.
- Strong ability to analyze workforce data and identify trends to support business needs and improve processes.
- Expertise in talent acquisition strategy, including recruiting, interviewing, and negotiating to attract and retain qualified candidates.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
