Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM
Location: West Jefferson, OH
Schedule: 4-day workweek with Fridays off

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team in West Jefferson, OH. This position is responsible for MIG welding and fabricating metal components while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards.

We are open to candidates with any industry background who have solid MIG welding experience and are looking for a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
• Read and interpret basic drawings, measurements, and welding specifications.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect welds and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare materials for welding, including positioning, fitting, and cleaning.
• Use hand and power tools as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Perform other welding and fabrication duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to read and understand basic measurements and drawings.
• Comfortable working with metal materials and welding equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing duties.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment.
