Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatmentsEducate patients, families, and nursing staff
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians
- Respond quickly to changes in patient status
- Maintain standards of care and accountability for assigned patients
- Supervise and support nursing personnel as needed
- Deliver safe, quality patient care and assessments
