Whether you're looking to build a full coaching schedule or want to coach around another job or commitment, we'd love to hear from you.About the RoleStarFit Studio is looking for energetic, experienced trainers who love coaching, connecting with clients, and helping women feel stronger and more confident.Our trainers work with clients through a combination of small group training, personal training, and semi-private training, creating an experience that is personal, supportive, and results-driven.We're looking for coaches who are professional, dependable, and genuinely care about the people they coach.What You'll DoCoaching & Client ExperienceLead high-energy, results-driven small group training sessions aligned with the StarFit programming and coaching standardsProvide personal and semi-private training tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and needsCreate a welcoming, supportive, and motivating environment for every clientBuild strong relationships with members and make clients feel known, encouraged, and supportedCoach proper form and technique while providing appropriate modifications and progressionsHelp clients stay accountable and motivated toward their goalsDeliver an exceptional experience from the moment clients walk through the doorMaintain a clean, organized, and professional training environmentRepresent the StarFit brand with professionalism and positivityWhat We're Looking ForPassion for fitness, coaching, and helping women feel their bestEnergetic, positive, and personable coaching styleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable and punctualComfortable coaching both small groups and individual clientsAbility to create a fun, supportive, and motivating environmentTeam player with a positive, proactive attitudeSomeone who takes pride in their coaching and wants to continuously improveExperience & QualificationsCertified Personal Trainer (or equivalent education)1+ year of personal training and/or group fitness coaching experience preferredCPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)Comfortable using basic scheduling and training softwareExperience working with women 40+ is a plus, but not requiredSchedule & ExpectationsFull-time and part-time opportunities availableIdeally available for 10+ hours per weekFlexible scheduling based on studio needs and trainer availabilityOpportunities for early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend sessionsReliable availability and punctuality are essentialAbility to consistently commit to agreed-upon shifts and sessionsAdditional hours and training opportunities may become available as the studio growsCompensation$30 per small group training class$40 per personal training sessionUp to $70/hour for semi-private trainingComplimentary StarFit membershipOpportunity to grow your schedule as the Ashburn studio builds its membership baseBe part of the opening team for a brand-new StarFit locationAbout StarFit StudioStarFit Studio is a private fitness studio built for women.
