As a Quality Data Analyst, you’ll transform clinical, quality, satisfaction, and performance data into meaningful insights that help teams make smarter decisions and improve outcomes.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Design and support data collection tools, processes, and methodologies
• Collect, manage, validate, and analyze clinical and quality data
• Dig into existing data sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Use analytical tools to extract, organize, and manipulate data accurately
• Turn complex information into clear, useful reports and visualizations
• Monitor quality and outcomes data to support regulatory and accreditation requirements
• Evaluate quality program outcomes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with cross-functional teams to determine what data matters—and the best way to measure it
• Present findings and recommendations in a way that helps teams take action
• Support performance improvement initiatives across the organization

• Strong data mining, analysis, and research skills
• Comfort working with rates, ratios, percentages, and data visualizations
• Experience organizing and analyzing information from multiple sources
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create clear reports and recommendations
• Experience with information systems, analytical tools, and reporting software
• An understanding of process improvement and broad-scale systems thinking

📋 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• 1+ year of experience managing projects involving process improvement, systems thinking, research, or analysis
