Job Description

Job Summary**

UOB (Thai) Public Company Limited is seeking Relationship Managers for Wealth Banking through an Open House Virtual interview event in September 2026. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert financial advice, and driving business growth within the wealth management sector.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and mass affluent clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
* Provide comprehensive financial planning and advisory services, including investment, insurance, and wealth transfer solutions.
* Identify and acquire new clients through proactive outreach, referrals, and networking activities.
* Monitor market trends and product developments to ensure clients receive up-to-date and relevant advice.
* Collaborate with internal product specialists and support teams to deliver integrated financial solutions.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Wealth Banking division.
* Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal compliance policies.
* Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth management, private banking, or a similar client-facing role within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of investment products, insurance, and financial planning principles.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate effectively.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Possession of relevant financial licenses or certifications (e.g., Single License, Investment Consultant License) is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in English and Thai is essential.
