Job Summary

The role provides centralized regional ownership of revenue governance, MPS, MDS and MCS LATAM invoicing controls, revenue recovery, account remediation, forecast accuracy, financial visibility, and cross-functional execution across LATAM Managed Services

This role is responsible for overseeing customer projects of significant size, complexity, and high risks and ensuring that the engagements meet all scope, time, budget, and quality expectations. The role leads business development efforts. The role heads project teams and ensures the achievement of key performance indicators. The role also collaborates across functions to align projects with customer priorities and contributes to complex projects while fostering relationships and providing mentorship.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional revenue governance activities for LATAM Managed Services Delivery, including revenue forecasting, variance analysis, account-level financial visibility, and corrective action tracking.

  • Coordinate MPS, MDS and MCS LATAM invoicing controls, unbilled revenue follow-up, billing blocker resolution, aged account cleanup, and revenue recovery initiatives.

  • Partner with Delivery, Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, CDM teams, CXE stakeholders, and country teams to ensure timely execution of revenue-impacting actions.

  • Prepare financial analysis, dashboards, insights, and executive-level updates for leadership reviews, QBWs, governance forums, and business performance discussions.

  • Identify process gaps, control risks, account remediation needs, and opportunities to improve billing accuracy, revenue realization, and operational predictability.

  • Maintain structured follow-up with regional and global stakeholders to ensure ownership, escalation, and closure of open revenue, billing, and business control items.

  • Assumes responsibility for project financials like profit and loss (P&L), consistently meeting or surpassing SOAR approved budgets, and partnership with Finance and CXE for delivering dependable financial forecasts to the management.

  • Ensures proper key performance indicators are set, measured, and regularly reports on status against program objectives.

  • Prioritizes multiple simultaneous projects to align with customer schedules and priorities.

  • Collaborates with category, sales, and GSS teams to ensure accurate reflection of customers and their needs.

  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

  • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.


Education & Experience Recommended

  • English / Spanish Fluent

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units, HP global projects, HP Finance or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

  • CAPM / CPI PMI Certification

  • Green Belt or above Six Sigma Certification
