As a Mobility and Rewards Specialist at OCBC, you will be a member of the Group Rewards team to provide mobility and compensation advisory and support to the Singapore and overseas entities. You will be part of a team committed to creating a positive and supportive employee experience, while contributing to a portfolio that has direct impact on employees and the organisation.
How you succeed
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a deep understanding of our employees' needs and preferences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement rewards programs that are tailored to our employees' needs. You'll also need to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our rewards programs are competitive and effective.
What you do
Managing the OCBC Group mobility programme for employees on overseas assignment, including policy and benefits review, liaising and managing vendors handling tax and assignment management for our assignees.
Supporting the OCBC Group annual compensation programme, including compensation analysis and preparation of Remuneration Committee materials.
Reviewing remuneration components to ensure these are market competitive including managing the bonus accruals across the OCBC Group.
Structuring award buy-outs and guaranteed bonuses.
Who You Are
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in mobility and rewards, preferably in areas such as expatriate and compensation.
Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
management, vendor management or other related fields.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
Strong in process management and meticulous with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to drive automation and system change initiatives.
Familiarity with HR systems (especially Workday) and Excel-based analysis would be advantageous.
