Description
Build pipeline and win new business Consistently exceed sales quotas and build a strong, qualified pipeline. Prospect into complex organizations and develop relationships with final decision-makers and end users. Present HCM products and services within an assigned territory. Identify opportunities and develop proposals aligned with customer technical and business needs. Develop deep knowledge of UKG products and capabilities and translate technical advances into customer value. Collaborate with internal partners to advance opportunities and deliver a strong customer experience. Minimum of 5+ years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions. Proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions to complex organizations. Experience working primarily as a new-logo representative (hunter) and consistently exceeding sales quotas. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Incredibly organized. Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies. Demonstrated understanding of a strategic sales process. Strong knowledge of the HCM/SaaS industry. 30-40%
