We are seeking a talented individual to join our MercerWell team, part of our People and Investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in New York, Chicago, San Francisco or Atlanta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
MercerWell, a specialty practice within Marsh's Health & Benefits Practice, works with employer-based clients to address the health of their employees - including strategies to improve quality and access to care, program delivery of population health management, and organizational change management supporting employee engagement.
The MercerWell suite of products provides comprehensive solutions to meet the most critical needs of our clients' populations - delivering support for the full spectrum of care, from prevention and lifestyle support to complex clinical management. Products include the Health Transformation Collaborative, Mercer Health Advantage, Stop Loss Clinical Oversight, and MercerVIP.
We will count on you to:
- Utilize industry-leading tools in the development and execution of client projects, including wellbeing benchmarking, health vendor comparisons, and survey data
- Assist with Request for Proposals (RFPs) to select carriers or vendors on behalf of clients
- Collaborate with senior consultants to assess client needs and develop effective implementation strategies
- Engage with a diverse range of vendors and partners to support clients' health and benefits strategies
- Support MercerWell subject matter experts in content development and the delivery of innovative solutions
- Collect and analyze data to summarize information for impactful client presentations
What you need to have:
- Significant coursework or a desire to work in health consulting
- Project management experience, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, and strong attention to detail
- Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
- Progress toward a master's degree with an expected graduation year of Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
