Job Description
1. Design and Development of Automated Electrical Control Systems:
- Design and implement automated electrical control systems to ensure they meet the requirements of network communication equipment.
- Utilize relevant tools and software (such as PLC, HMI, TP (Robot) systems) for the development and testing of electrical control systems.
2. Maintenance and Optimization of Electrical Control Systems:
- Regularly inspect and optimize electrical control systems to ensure stable operation.
- Analyze and optimize issues encountered during system operation to enhance system performance.
3. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve typical issues in electrical control systems through existing procedures.
- Use diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and provide effective solutions.
4. System Integration and Testing:
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate electrical control systems with other systems.
- Participate in system testing to ensure the functionality and performance of electrical control systems meet design requirements.
5. Documentation and Training:
- Write design and operation manuals for electrical control systems to ensure maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members to enhance overall technical proficiency.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and equipment maintenance teams to participate in requirements specification discussions and feasibility assessments.
- Support all stages of product development to mass production, ensuring the stability and reliability of electrical control systems.
