GREEN IBERICA, perteneciente al holding empresarial líder en el sector del transporte de mercancías y logística internacional ROMEU, busca un perfil Técnico/a de Facturación para su sede de Valencia.

What will your functions be?

• Emisión de facturas, tanto a clientes nacionales como internacionales.
• Resolución de posibles problemas en las facturas, tanto emitidas como recibidas, con el Armador o subagencias.
• Facturación de gastos generales.
• Apoyo al departamento de Contabilidad con la contabilización de facturas, cotejos, ajustes...
• Colaboración con otros departamentos para garantizar la exactitud de la facturación.
• Llevar un registro de las cuentas por cobrar y las transacciones.

What are we looking for?

• Formación específica: Grado en Administración, contabilidad, economía o similar con amplio conocimiento del Reglamento de Facturación.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en puestos similares.
• Valorables conocimientos del sector de Logística.
• Idiomas: inglés nivel avanzado y valorable francés.
• Excel / hoja de cálculo: Avanzado
• Experiencia en manejo de programas informáticos de sistemas de facturación
