The Corporate Services team is dedicated to customer service and hospitality by providing all employees and clients with exceptional experience from the moment they enter a Dimensional building.
Overview
We are looking for a Corporate Services, Senior Associate, on a 12 month fixed term contract who will be responsible for all travel booked for the Australian offices, with the following responsibilities including, but not limited to:
- Booking and coordinating all domestic and international travel (flights, transfers, accommodation, car hire) in accordance with company policy
- Liaising with the corporate travel agent to ensure cost effective and timely travel arrangements
- Maintaining the Travel Spreadsheet with bookings, changes to bookings and international travellers & visitors
- Handling confidential & personal information relating to passports, home addresses etc
- Liaising with our global offices about travelling staff and set-up/desk requirements
- Maintaining good relationships with our hotel and transfer vendors/contacts
- Ad hoc travel administration duties, reporting and ad hoc projects
- Assisting with facilities maintenance requests
Experience and Qualifications
The successful individual will possess at least 2 years of travel and/or office experience in a corporate environment. They will be professional and client-focused, with the ability to demonstrate the following:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to work equally well in a team environment and independently
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook) with the ability to learn programs as needed
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
