The Role:
As the Pan-European Key Account Manager for HOKA EMEA, you will be responsible for the long-term management and strategic revenue growth of selected Pan-European key account partners, including Zalando and Intersport International, together with closeout and off-price channel partners. Working collaboratively across EMEA, you will develop and execute account plans that support profitable growth, strong brand presentation and effective commercial delivery.
Your Impact:
- Develop and execute detailed strategic business plans for designated Pan-European accounts, supporting sustainable sales revenue and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across buying, sales, merchandising, logistics and marketing within selected key accounts.
- Plan and deliver seasonal range sell-in, influence product assortment and positioning, and support full-price sell-out.
- Analyse sell-in, sell-out, inventory and forecasting information to deliver seasonal expectations and inform commercial recommendations.
- Partner with Marketing to develop digital awareness and performance marketing activity with internal and external stakeholders.
- Take full responsibility for selected closeout and off-price partners, working closely with Planning and DTC teams to support inventory management.
- Manage forward-order and in-season business, including availability, stock levels, scheduling and corrective actions where appropriate.
- Champion HOKA product knowledge, brand standards, visibility and training across partner organisations and retail doors.

We would Love to Hear from People with:
- Strong sales experience in the sporting goods industry or a related sector, ideally within sport, running, outdoor or performance footwear.
- Experience in wholesale sales with Pan-European players, omnichannel retailers or major key accounts.
- A strong e-commerce sales background is preferred, together with an understanding of the running and/or outdoor industry.
- Experience managing a significant sales book, strategic account plans, forecasting and budgeting.
- Excellent English communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong analytical, digital and process-driven mindset, combined with independent judgement and attention to detail.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required, including at short notice.
