We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant who is passionate about patient care and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
- Obtain thorough patient histories and maintain accurate medical records.
- Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and equipment for patient care.
- Safely restrain patients during examinations and procedures.
- Administer medications, vaccines, and anesthesia as directed.
- Monitor anesthesia, patient vital signs, and recovery.
- Collect laboratory samples and perform diagnostic testing.
- Provide attentive nursing care for recovering patients.
- Educate clients about medications, treatments, and preventive care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and efficient treatment area.
- Support daily hospital operations and collaborate with teammates to maintain a smooth workflow.
