Position Summary
Our team is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Event & Brand Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, promotional marketing initiatives, internal brand programs, sales support, and corporate marketing efforts across the organization.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing event coordination, project management, creative production, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. The Event & Brand Marketing Coordinator serves as a versatile marketing resource, supporting multiple business functions through the coordination of regional events, promotional campaigns, internal communications, brand initiatives, marketing operations, and sales enablement activities.

Responsibilities include coordinating company events and trade shows, managing promotional marketing programs and branded merchandise, supporting internal branding and employee engagement initiatives, coordinating marketing support requests, maintaining corporate brand assets, assisting with sales support activities, and collaborating with departments across the organization to ensure a consistent and professional brand experience. The Event & Brand Marketing Coordinator also supports vendor relationships, project timelines, sponsorship fulfillment, and special marketing initiatives while helping execute marketing activities that strengthen the Fisher's-Loffler brand and customer relationships.

This position offers the opportunity to build expertise across a broad range of marketing disciplines, including event marketing, promotional marketing, internal brand communications, project coordination, corporate branding, sales support, and marketing operations while contributing to the continued growth of the company.

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, events, and brand programs across Fisher's Technology's 13 markets throughout Idaho, Utah, Washington, and Montana.
  • Travel may be required to support high-impact company events, trade shows, and community engagement initiatives across Fisher's Technology's service area.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support company events, trade shows, community engagement activities, sponsorships, and employee events from planning through execution.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including vendor communication, registrations, materials, promotional items, signage, and on-site event support.
  • Support promotional marketing initiatives, including branded merchandise, holiday gifts, employee recognition programs, awards, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate internal communications through FishNet updates, internal newsletters, employee announcements, and communications supporting company initiatives and events.
  • Support the creation and coordination of marketing materials, presentations, promotional assets, branded signage, photography, and video content.
  • Coordinate marketing support requests, including management of the marketing inbox, ticket requests, project tracking, and marketing deliverables.
  • Maintain corporate brand standards by coordinating branded assets, building signage, vehicle wraps, promotional materials, and other visual brand elements.
  • Support sales initiatives by maintaining HubSpot lead entry, updating account manager territories, coordinating chamber memberships, and assisting with sales-related marketing requests.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, HR, leadership, vendors, and community partners to support marketing, branding, and organizational communication initiatives.
  • Coordinate multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure marketing initiatives are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Support employee engagement and company culture through internal branding initiatives, recognition programs, and corporate events.
  • Provide backup support for the Office Manager and assist with additional marketing, communications, and special projects as assigned.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience planning and executing events, promotional campaigns, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support regional events and marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating corporate events, trade shows, sponsorships, community engagement activities, or employee events.
  • Experience working with vendors, venues, promotional merchandise, branded materials, signage, or event logistics.
  • Experience supporting internal communications, employee recognition programs, or company culture initiatives.
  • Experience creating marketing materials, presentations, photography, video content, or promotional assets using Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or similar creative platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management, CRM, or marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Asana, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar tools.
  • Experience managing event budgets, purchase orders, invoices, or other event-related administrative processes.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, community organizations, and external partners.
  • Experience supporting corporate branding initiatives and maintaining brand standards across events, promotional materials, and communications.
