We’re looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in providing administrative, product, and customer service support to families, students, and company staff.

 

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of our operations team. You’ll manage administrative tasks, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure that our services meet the needs of our customers. This position is on-site, Monday-Friday with the opportunity for overtime. This position operates during the school year.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering of Customer Service department phone lines, live chat, and email tickets, in order to answer customer questions, and do problem research and resolution of customer concerns.
• Perform data entry into company software programs, in order to assist customers in placing orders.
• Complete filing tasks to assist in keeping track of customer orders.
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the unit.

 

Qualifications:

• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to service.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Windows.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, large call volume, team-oriented environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable with a strong work ethic.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Previous customer service experience a plus.
