As a Coding Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will lead a high-performing team of QA Specialists at the intersection of clinical precision and operational excellence. You'll drive coding accuracy, build robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and ensure full audit readiness by evaluating documentation from both our internal CDI team and external partners.
