Position Details
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Status: Full-Time
Shifts: AM & PM
Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (DOE)
Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate, high-quality care according to each resident’s individualized care plan.
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
Obtain and document vital signs and promptly report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff.
Respond promptly to resident call lights and provide attentive, respectful care.
Accurately document resident care in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
Follow all facility policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Current, active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-centered approach to care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required.
