We are seeking highly experienced Project Managers to oversee the successful execution of one or more contracts while leading multidisciplinary teams on complex projects and programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing contract performance, project schedules, budgets, staffing, stakeholder engagement, and deliverable quality while ensuring compliance with client requirements and organizational standards.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned contracts and clients.
- Manage the day-to-day execution of individual contracts, projects, and task orders.
- Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with requirements.
- Track project expenditures and oversee budget management, procurement activities, and other direct costs.
- Manage travel planning, scheduling, logistics coordination, and project support activities.
- Oversee the development and submission of reports, deliverables, and project documentation.• Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Foster strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in program, project, or operational management.
- Proven experience managing government or commercial contracts.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating subcontractor activities.
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and resource planning.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- PMP certification preferred.
- Experience supporting government, public sector, emergency management, public safety, training, or operational programs.
- Experience with contract administration and stakeholder engagement.
