## About the Role

As a Treasury Supervisor at John Deere, based in Monterrey, Nuevo León, you will be responsible for managing cash flow for Mexico operations, risk management, funding and hedging activities, relationships with banks and regulatory authorities, development of contingency plans, capital structure management, and project leadership.

In addition, you will drive cost reduction, governance, automation, and innovation initiatives. You will be responsible for month-end closing activities, intercompany controls, oversight of treasury-related service providers, as well as reviewing internal controls and supporting internal and external audits.

## Main Responsibilities

• Define and manage cash flow forecasting and cash management strategies.
• Establish and monitor risk management practices.
• Manage activities related to capital structure.
• Define funding alternatives as well as execute plans and maintain relationships with banking partners.
• Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and support internal and external audit requirements.
• Lead treasury-related projects and implementations.
• Participate in meetings with banks and regulatory agencies for negotiations and alignment.
• Identify alternatives and promote cost reduction, automation, and innovation initiatives.
• Coordinate accounting close activities, intercompany transactions, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Lead a team of analysts and support their technical development.

## What Skills You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Advanced English proficiency: strong vocabulary and grammar skills, ability to conduct meetings, negotiate, present arguments, and deliver training sessions.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and investment decision-making.
• Knowledge of banking products and familiarity with the regulatory environment of the financial system.
• Strong teamwork, interpersonal, great customer service skills and communication skills.

## What Makes You Stand Out

• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and automation tools.
• Experience performing complex financial analyses.
• Knowledge of Oracle, BlackLine, and similar systems.
• Project management experience.
• Experience in the Finance function within a manufacturing company.
