Description
Build and manage a strong network of APAC customer advocates, with a focus on senior and executive stakeholders. Identify and develop customers for references, testimonials, case studies, events, peer conversations, awards and thought leadership. Manage customer reference requests and match the right customer to the right sales opportunity, industry, persona and use case. Create and coordinate executive advocacy initiatives, including customer councils, leadership forums and peer-to-peer engagements. Develop customer stories and advocacy content in partnership with Communications, field marketing and global teams. Collaborate with the global advocacy team to scale best practice while ensuring programs are relevant to APAC customers and markets. Track and communicate the commercial impact of advocacy activity, including pipeline influence, referrals and win-rate impact. Build relationships with analysts in the HR tech space to grow impact. You are a confident and commercially minded relationship builder who can engage credibly with senior customer executives and internal sales leaders. You are highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and able to influence across a complex, matrixed organisation. Ideally, you will have: Experience in customer marketing, customer advocacy, executive engagement, sales enablement, account-based marketing or a related B2B marketing discipline. Experience in B2B SaaS, HR technology or enterprise technology. Demonstrated experience working across APAC markets and cultures. Experience building customer reference, referral, storytelling or executive engagement programs. Strong commercial understanding and experience linking marketing activity to pipeline and revenue outcomes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management and program management skills. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global and regional teams. Willingness to travel across APAC, up to 25% of the time.
