Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Gestion de projet et conduite du changement (Déploiement SAP sur le programme A220) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Saint-Eloi sur son site de Toulouse. Vous rejoindrez le département Digital.

Votre stage consistera à contribuer directement à la transformation digitale et opérationnelle de la nouvelle ligne d'assemblage du Mât Réacteur (Pylon) A220, en vous positionnant à l'intersection du déploiement d'un ERP majeur (SAP), du suivi de projet et du changement organisationnel.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 5 ou 6 mois, débutera idéalement en janvier ou février 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

● Pilotage de projet : En collaboration avec l'équipe de management, soutenir l'ensemble des activités de gestion de projet de bout en bout et garantir le respect des jalons et des délais.

● Déploiement SAP : Participer activement à la mise en œuvre de SAP sur la nouvelle ligne d'assemblage A220, en veillant à la continuité des opérations et à une transition fluide.

● Conduite du changement : Identifier, aligner et coordonner les besoins d'accompagnement au changement auprès des différentes parties prenantes pour maximiser l'adhésion des équipes.

● Suivi & Optimisation : Suivre les indicateurs clés, anticiper les risques projets et proposer des solutions structurées pour maintenir la dynamique globale.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous offrira notamment :

● Une expérience concrète et valorisante au sein d'un programme aéronautique d'envergure (A220).

● Une immersion directe dans le déploiement opérationnel de SAP en milieu industriel.

● Une forte visibilité auprès d'équipes pluridisciplinaires.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Master 1 ou Master 2 (École de commerce, d'ingénieurs ou Université) en transformation digitale, conduite du changement, management de projet ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

● Compétences techniques :

○ Bonnes connaissances des méthodologies de gestion de projet.

○ Maîtrise des leviers d'accompagnement au changement.

● Soft Skills :

○ Esprit d'initiative et proactivité

○ Autonomie

○ Rigueur méthodologique dans la résolution de problèmes

○ Aisance relationnelle et orale

● Langues :

○ Anglais : Courant

○ Francais : Avancé

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled: « Project & Change Management (SAP Deployment on A220 Program) » has just opened at Airbus Saint-Eloi located in Toulouse.

You will join the Digital department.

Your internship will consist in diving into the heart of the aerospace industry. As a Project and Change Management Intern, you will not be a mere spectator: you will directly contribute to the digital and operational transformation of the new A220 Engine Pylon assembly line. This position places you at the crossroads of a major ERP deployment (SAP), project tracking, and organizational change.

Ideally, this is a 5 or 6 months internship and it should start in january or february 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

● Project Management: In collaboration with the management team, supporting end-to-end project management activities to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

● SAP Deployment: Actively participating in the implementation of SAP on the new A220 assembly line, ensuring business continuity and a smooth transition.

● Change Management: Identifying, aligning, and coordinating change support needs with various stakeholders to maximize team buy-in.

● Monitoring & Optimization: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), anticipating project risks, and proposing structured solutions to maintain momentum.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will offer you :

● Hands-on, valuable experience within a major aerospace program (A220).

● Direct immersion in the operational deployment of SAP within an industrial environment.

● High visibility and cross-functional interaction with multidisciplinary teams.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Master 1 or Master 2 (Business School, Engineering School, or University) specialized in Digital Transformation, Change Management, or Project Management.

You possess the following competences:

● Technical skills :

○ Good knowledge of project management methodologies

○ Mastery of change management levers and tools

● Soft Skills :

○ Initiative and proactivity

○ Autonomy

○ Methodological rigor in problem-solving

○ Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills

● Languages skills :

○ English : fluent
