Why does this job exist and why is it critical?​

The Campaign Planning Specialist manages all lifecycle aspects of Hotlink Prepaid & Hotlink Postpaid, including planning, organizing and executing campaigns/base initiatives while delivering incremental lifetime value & improved experience to our customers.

What are you accountable for? ​

• Plan/develop base initiatives/campaigns for Hotlink Prepaid/Postpaid customer base to drive adoption of key services, lower customer churn and increase customer ARPU

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Analyse customer data using analytics tool to gain insights on customer segments and understands how to best target, reach, and convert.

• Track and evaluate campaign success and continue to improve with corrective actions for future campaigns

• Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including take-up, analysis and evaluation of campaign KPIs

• Manage communication channels to Hotlink Prepaid/Postpaid customers, including SMS broadcast & App notifications.

What do you need for this role?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in below-the-line targeted marketing within the telecommunications industry
• Know-how in Product Management, CVM or CRM is an added advantage
• Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, A self-starter, Ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and A team player
