Senior Quality Engineer

Work You’ll Do:

1.    Highly quality sensitive to find quality problem and improvement.

2.    Make quality standard for inspecting team and continuous to update.

3.    Handle customer feedback and documentation customer feedback.
处理客户反馈并完善相关文档；
4.    Lead 8D closed on time as 8D coordinator.
作为8D协调员，按时完成8D闭环工作；
5.    Lead to improve supplier quality issue.
主导改进供应商质量问题；
6.    Can organize weekly quality meeting and follow up quality topics.
能够组织每周质量会议并跟进质量议题；
7.    Other job assigned by leaders.
领导安排的其他工作。

Basic Qualifications:
基本素质：
1.    College or above college.
大专以上学历。
2.    ISO9000 QMS auditor certification.
具备ISO9000质量管理体系审核员认证；
3.    10+ years of experience on Mechanical manufacturing & assembly industry.
拥有10年以上机械制造与装配行业经验；;
4.    Familiar with ISO9000 or TS16949.
熟悉ISO9000或TS16949；
5.    Manufacturing process & Technology knowhow.
具备制造工艺与技术知识；
6.    Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability (mandatory).
良好的英语听说读写能力（必须）；
7.    Quality method knowhow.
具备质量管理方法知识；

-    Q seven tool Q7工具
8.    Soft skills 软技能
-    Coordination/Presentation/Communication…

Preferred Qualifications:
优先条件：
1.    CQE of AQS or CAQ prefer.
具备AQS或CAQ的CQE资质的优先考虑；
2.    Prefer to have knowledge in TSG, Chemical industrial, electrical.
具备TSG、化工、电气相关知识优先；
3.    Prefer to have knowledge in Design.
具备设计相关知识优先。
4.    Digitalization (e.g. Power BI) experience is better.
有数字化经验（如Power BI）者优先。
