Job Description:
This job is responsible for delivering specialized portions of a marketing initiative. Key responsibilities include performing a variety of analysis and process improvement activities to support business deliverables. Job expectations include working with senior managers within the Marketing team who will provide coaching and instruction, and delivering solutions based on a defined set of project/program goals.
The Marketing Specialist will develop and deliver campaigns within content management systems (CMS) based on business requirements, measure and report campaign performance, and provide operational support for high-visibility digital marketing initiatives. This role will partner closely with lines of business, program managers, and cross-functional teams to monitor campaign effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate insights and recommendations to business stakeholders and digital marketing leadership. The ideal candidate combines web production expertise with analytical thinking, project management, quality assurance, and relationship management skills. They should possess a solid understanding of web standards and be able to translate design concepts into clean, efficient, and effective digital experiences.
Required Qualifications:
Experience developing, maintaining, and updating web assets using HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device compatibility best practices.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving layout, styling, and functionality issues.
Experience executing digital marketing campaigns throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Experience analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization recommendations.
Experience creating and delivering reporting, presentations, and business communications.
Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to execute complex, detail-oriented tasks accurately and efficiently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with content management systems (CMS), preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Knowledge of Adobe marketing technologies, including Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager (DMP), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and Adobe Photoshop.
Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital customer experience best practices.
Experience with workflow management platforms such as JIRA or similar tools.
Experience with mobile marketing campaigns.
Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, onsite merchandising, or interactive media environments.
Experience with QA testing, validation, and quality assurance processes.
Experience optimizing digital experiences, websites, or digital marketing campaigns.
Experience within the financial services industry.
Spanish language proficiency.
Ideal candidates will have a blend of digital marketing execution, web content management, reporting and analytics, and optimization experience.
Strongest differentiators include HTML/CSS proficiency, AEM experience, Adobe Marketing Cloud knowledge, campaign execution experience, and reporting/analytics capabilities.
This role requires regular collaboration with program managers, marketing partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Candidate should be comfortable presenting performance results, campaign updates, and recommendations to business partners and larger team forums.
