In this role as Supervisor Mechanic Repair, you will be responsible for a team of direct labor mechanic employees- ensuring quality of work performed, compliance to procedures and drive performance to team and organizational targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work with all departments such as engineering, supply chain, quality and logistics to meet internal and external customer needs.
Shift: Monday - Thursday (from 5:15AM – 2:15PM) and Friday (from 5:15AM – 11:15AM)
Leaders are required to rotate to work 2nd shift Monday - Thursday (from 1:45PM –11:45PM) [Currently that is approximately every 9 weeks but could change depending on staffing.]

What You Will Do
- Assists in cost reduction and process improvement to ensure efficiency of operations and cost effectiveness
- Ensure scheduled ship date accuracy
- Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance on development opportunities
- Responsible for team compliance, including attendance, training records, safety
- Manage area overtime and direct/indirect time
- Manage team vacation schedule while supporting customer needs
- Ensure compliance with all site and job specific training requirements and performance review process
- Maintain an area skills matrix to ensure adequate resource and back up is available
- Understand customer needs and issues to ensure that our customers receive excellent service
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience overseeing production, operations such as shop floor, workforce, and flow distribution management functions
- Experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices
- Ability to supervise work across multiple manufacturing functions
- Experience setting daily operational objectives for a team
- Able to communicate and present precise information to internal/external customers and leadership
- SAP or other ERP Experience
- Ability to negotiate, troubleshoot and problem solve
- Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
