Role Summary
The Manager will lead global mobility and immigration service delivery, client coordination, and shared services operations. This role is responsible for managing teams, overseeing complex cases, maintaining service quality, and driving process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global mobility and immigration case delivery across multiple clients or jurisdictions.

• Oversee case allocation, workload management, timelines, and service quality.

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex immigration, mobility, and client service matters.

• Manage client relationships, status calls, service reviews, and operational governance.

• Review reports, dashboards, trackers, and client updates for accuracy and completeness.

• Supervise and coach Associates and Senior Associates on process, quality, and stakeholder communication.

• Ensure compliance with immigration requirements, client service standards, data privacy, and internal controls.

• Identify delivery risks, resolve issues, and escalate strategic concerns where needed.

• Partner with shared services teams, vendors, legal teams, HR, and business stakeholders.

• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and knowledge management initiatives.

• Support onboarding, training, performance feedback, and capability building within the team.

Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, HR shared services, client coordination, or operations.

• Strong knowledge of global mobility and immigration processes, case management, and service delivery.

• Proven people management, coaching, and workload planning experience.

• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to manage complex cases, escalations, deadlines, and competing priorities.

• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with case management systems, Excel, dashboards, and shared service tools.

• Ability to work across regions, cultures, and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Relevant experience in immigration, global mobility, HR operations, client delivery, or shared services preferred.
