Description
The Ford Pro Upfitter Operations (FPU Operations) is responsible for supporting the Ford Pro Upfitter Program team in managing the Ford Pro Upfitter Program. This role serves as the primary support to ensure upfitters have a seamless qualification and maintenance experience as part of the FPU Program. The FPU Operations team member will also coordination across Upfitters, Ford Pro Brand Team, Ford Pro Intelligence, Ford Pro Service, and Ford Pro IT subject matter experts to deliver enhancements to the Ford Pro Upfitter Program and tools.
What you'll do...
- Support Ford Pro Upfitter Program team in providing a seamless qualification experience to upfitters.
- Manage applications database and welcome/rejection process of upfitters into the program.
- Achieve objectives and key results with qualified FPU upfitters, including milestone completion and adherence to FPU program requirements.
- Assist with initiatives to improve data collection and reporting tools.
- Refine and execute the FPU go-to-market strategy to enroll and certify new upfitters.
- Represent Ford Pro at fleet conventions, industry associations, and other local and national fleet events.
Travel to customer locations for face-to-face meetings to strengthen relationships with Ford Pro and the Ford Pro Upfit Team.

- Knowledge of Upfitter business

This position is a salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $71,000 - $160,000.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
