About the role
As Director of PR & Marketing at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel, you will lead all public relations and marketing strategies to elevate the hotel's presence within the luxury hospitality market.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will drive brand awareness, guest engagement, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives while ensuring alignment with Four Seasons brand standards. The start date for this position is January 2027.
What you will do:
Develop and execute public relations, marketing, and communications strategies supporting the hotel's commercial objectives.
Manage media relations, influencer partnerships, and press activities to maximise brand visibility.
Oversee digital marketing, social media, and content initiatives across all channels.
Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and collaboration with Four Seasons regional and corporate teams.
Drive revenue-generating campaigns through targeted promotions, partnerships, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance, marketing effectiveness, and industry trends.
Coordinate events, launches, and promotional activities that enhance awareness and guest engagement.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, advertising regulations, and data protection requirements.
What you bring:
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within Public Relations and Marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands.
Proven success leading high-profile marketing campaigns, hotel openings, or luxury brand initiatives.
Strong digital marketing knowledge, including analytics, performance measurement, and campaign optimisation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Fluent English required, combined with German and/or French. Additional languages are advantageous.
Familiarity with luxury hospitality service standards.
