Job Summary

The Internal Logistics Co-op plays a key role in supporting the implementation of Samsara, our new fleet tracking software, ensuring a smooth transition and optimizing processes following its launch. This role includes assisting with administrative tasks at the warehouse, such as scanning Bills of Lading (BOLs) into SAP, and providing hands-on support for continuous process improvements. As our logistics operations evolve, the coordinator will take on additional responsibilities to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. This position requires adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Samsara (tracking software for our fleet)
• Support the implementation of new processes with Samsara
• Admin responsibilities at the warehouse (i.e. scanning of BOLs into SAP)
• Other duties as assigned, with a strong focus on identifying and supporting process improvements. As new opportunities for efficiency and optimization arise, this role will play a key part in implementing and sustaining those enhancements

Key Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain management, Commerce, or related field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Adaptable and flexible in a team environment
• Thrive in fast paced environment
