We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer & Application Engineer to join our Emergency Lighting team in the Middle East. The successful candidate will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and solutions to our customers, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
## What you’ll do:
- Provide technical support , trouble shoot systems and expertise to customers and internal teams regarding emergency lighting products and solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to emergency lighting systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and technical presentations for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and FAQs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product developments, and emerging technologies in emergency lighting.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for emergency lighting systems.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions and technical issues.
## Qualifications:
- Graduate Engineering Degree - Ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
- Minimum 7 years of techno-commercial experience, including extensive knowledge of Emergency Lighting Systems and applications
## Skills:
- Technical knowledge in Emergency Lighting or Safety Systems is required
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD and lighting design software Dialux
- Fire alarm system experience is a strong plus
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Electrical products instrumentation knowledge
- PC literate
