Position Overview

This role will be based in Denver, CO. Following our flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible). Or remote, US.

Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of cross-platform capabilities that enable business priorities and scalable technology solutions. This role partners with business and technology teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, identify dependencies, and help translate leadership-aligned priorities into executable delivery plans.

The Platform Owner, Enterprise Systems serves as an experienced individual contributor who brings structure, clarity, and execution discipline to cross-functional initiatives. This role leads through expertise, facilitation, and collaboration, coordinating planning activities, surfacing risks and tradeoffs, and supporting decisions owned by platform, architecture, portfolio, funding, and business leadership.

Essential Job Functions

• Coordinate cross-platform planning activities that support leadership-owned roadmaps, priorities, governance, funding decisions, and delivery commitments.

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to understand operational needs, process gaps, requirements, dependencies, and delivery considerations across multiple platforms.

• Support intake, demand clarification, dependency identification, prioritization discussions, and roadmap alignment by preparing analysis, options, and recommendations for decision-makers.

• Participate in established governance forums by preparing materials, tracking decisions, documenting actions, and helping teams follow agreed processes, standards, and delivery gates.

• Provide visibility into shared priorities, capacity constraints, delivery dependencies, risks, decisions, and tradeoffs so leaders and delivery teams can make informed decisions.

• Facilitate discovery, process mapping, requirements definition, solution-design discussions, and business-case inputs in partnership with Platform Owners, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and delivery leaders.

• Analyze solutions from a cross-platform perspective and raise considerations related to integration, data movement, supportability, reuse, and operational impact.

• Coordinate delivery execution from discovery through development, integration, testing, release readiness, adoption support, and continuous improvement within established delivery frameworks.

• Translate approved roadmap priorities into project plans, dependency views, milestone tracking, resource inputs, and delivery coordination materials.

• Support scope definition and Statements of Work for consultants and system integrators by documenting requirements, assumptions, deliverables, timelines, and delivery expectations.

• Act as a collaboration point for partner deliverables, issue tracking, delivery quality, risks, and outcomes while escalating commercial, budget, or vendor ownership decisions to leadership.

• Lead cross-functional working sessions and coordinate Agile delivery teams to maintain visibility into milestones, blockers, and critical-path dependencies.

• Support architecture and technical leaders by documenting integration considerations, data dependencies, shared services needs, and platform interoperability impacts.

• Help ensure delivery work considers security, data integrity, auditability, privacy, regulatory requirements, operational resilience, and applicable technology standards.

• Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, decisions needed, and delivered value to stakeholders using clear, concise, and action-oriented messaging.

• Track delivery measures, adoption indicators, issue trends, and operational feedback to support continuous improvement and leadership reporting.

Duties

• Coordinate cross-functional working sessions to support roadmap planning, delivery alignment, governance preparation, and execution tracking.

• Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, architecture, portfolio, and delivery teams to clarify requirements, dependencies, risks, and decisions needed.

• Prepare clear planning materials, project plans, dependency views, status updates, and decision-support documentation for leaders and delivery teams.

• Support consultant, system integrator, and vendor coordination by documenting scope, deliverables, assumptions, timelines, risks, and issue resolution items.

• Track project milestones, blockers, adoption indicators, issue trends, and operational feedback to support continuous improvement and leadership visibility.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, technology delivery, business analysis, process improvement, product delivery, platform operations, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple platforms, business functions, or delivery teams.

• Experience contributing to roadmaps, prioritization discussions, governance forums, delivery planning, and end-to-end solution lifecycle activities.

• Strong understanding of enterprise application ecosystems, integrations, shared services, data dependencies, and cross-platform delivery considerations.

• Experience identifying, documenting, and managing dependencies, risks, blockers, capacity constraints, and stakeholder priorities.

• Proven ability to lead through influence, expertise, and collaboration without direct reporting authority.

• Hands-on experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, solution design support, Agile delivery, testing and UAT, release planning, adoption support, and continuous improvement.

• Experience preparing business-case inputs, project plans, decision materials, requirements documentation, and Statements of Work support materials.

• Experience coordinating with consultants, system integrators, or vendors on scope, deliverables, timelines, issue resolution, and delivery quality.

• Working knowledge of security, controls, data governance, architecture governance, auditability, privacy, and compliance considerations.

• Strong stakeholder communication, structured problem-solving, facilitation, negotiation, planning, and execution skills.

• Ability to connect established strategy and roadmap direction to detailed project execution, dependency management, and delivery follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with API-led integration, middleware, data platforms, enterprise reporting, master data, and shared technology services.

• Experience supporting platforms or initiatives across multiple business units, regions, regulatory environments, or operating models.

• Experience participating in platform councils, architecture reviews, portfolio discussions, governance forums, or cross-functional prioritization processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant graduate degrees or professional certifications are a plus.

Additional Details 

• Salary Range: $150,000 –160,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

• Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
