Description
We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our team at our Kings Cross coffee store. Reporting to our Coffee Shop Manager, the Barista will work in a small team and engage with our passionate customer base.
Your Responsibilities
Greeting customers and taking orders
Answer menu questions, including details of drinks and customization options
Prepare coffee and tea, and espresso drinks (lattes, cappuccino, americano etc.) to a high standard
Operate our equipment, till system, processing the daily sales
Receive and stock supplies
Maintain H&S and cleanliness across the area
Ensure that all operational store policies and procedures are followed
Your Profile
Relevant experience as a barista or similar
Excellent communication and people skills
Amazing customer service
Team-player and friendly
