Position Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Homecare Nurse to provide dedicated childcare support in a private home setting. The role centers on ensuring the child’s safety, health, comfort, and daily care needs while maintaining a warm, professional, and family‑focused approach. This position involves hands‑on newborn and childcare duties, supporting healthy routines, and fostering a nurturing environment that encourages growth and development.
Qualifications:
- BS Nursing or Diploma in Midwifery (required).
- Preferably with 1–2 years of experience in childcare, pediatrics, or newborn care.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, composed demeanor.
- Genuine passion for working with babies and young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily childcare support, including feeding, bathing, diapering, burping, and maintaining hygiene.
- Monitor the child’s health, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Manage fever care, administer medication as prescribed, and perform basic first aid.
- Implement safe sleep practices and ensure proper handling during play and routine activities.
- Prepare bottles and meals; assist with burping to help prevent colic.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe childcare environment.
- Establish and support consistent sleep and feeding routines.
- Facilitate age‑appropriate activities that encourage learning, exploration, and development.
- Communicate daily updates to parents clearly, respectfully, and promptly.
- Respond calmly and professionally during emergencies or when parents raise concerns.
